The Centre des arts Juliette-Lassonde officially opened in January 2006. This cultural centre boasts a traditional Italian-style theatre and a second cabaret-style black box. The first space can accommodate three different seating arrangements, greatly diversifying the programming possibilities. The second space offers diverse set ups, such as Italian-style theatre, cabaret with tables or standing variations. This space is very convivial for corporate events.

After several feasibility studies conducted in 1998, 2001 and updated in 2002 for the architecture competition, Trizart Alliance's theatre consulting services were retained for the design of functional spaces, specialized systems and equipment and infrastructures. Trizart managed site surveillance during construction and commissioning of the theatre.
