Pierre Lemieux, ASTC, has been an Associate at Trizart Alliance since 2001 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2013.
Pierre is widely known as one of the top theatre consultants in the entertainment industry. He has over 30 years of unparalleled experience in multiple areas: large-scale venue construction; electronic display design and installation; large-scale touring and audio, video and rigging systems design.
He is also recognized for his work as Technical Director for the Montreal Canadiens hockey team and the Bell Centre, specifically his design of the arena rigging and multi-configuration divider system, considered one of the most technically-advanced systems of its kind in the world.
Highly regarded for his leadership and his ability to move mountains, Pierre thrives on technical challenges. Even the most unbelievable projects resonate in his imagination and take shape in his capable hands. One of his many achievements, performed with his team and in partnership with evenko, is the design, building and operation of an 82,000-seat temporary stadium for the two U2 concerts held in Montréal in 2011. An accomplishment never seen before in the history of rock & roll!
Pierre has led countless theatre design projects including the renovation of the Luxor Theatre and the Mirage in Las Vegas to host Cirque du Soleil shows, the construction of La TOHU, the renovation of the Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown, the technical and logistical management of Céline Dion's show on the Plaines of Abraham (over 300,000 spectators), and the construction of the Centre Vidéotron in Québec City and Place Bell in Laval.
Pierre is a member of the American Society of Theatre Consultants (ASTC), the only association of senior theatre consultants in North America.
