Trizart Alliance has been entrusted with numerous mandates over the past few years, including the upgrade of the debate and simultaneous translation system with voting, capture and video broadcasting of three large conference rooms with a total of nearly 1100 participants, a video distribution system using a network infrastructure in two meeting rooms, an internet videoconferencing system with automated cameras, a dynamic signage system as well as a public address system for the foyers outside the main meeting rooms.

Our mandate included gathering information on technical needs, architectural restrictions and cohabitation with the participants during work, location surveys, design of technical systems and their physical integration. It also included the drafting of technical specifications for the call for tenders, the analysis of the bids received, site supervision and verification of the as-built drawings.
