Le Grand-Espace is a performance hall specializing in theatre and dance for children, a recent addition to the Jean-Besré Performing Arts Centre. Designed as a flexible space, it is a major venue for performing arts with a state-of-the-art technical design.

With its multiple configurations, Le Grand-Espace adapts to the needs of creators and supports a varied, innovative programme that is accessible to a wide audience.

Trizart Alliance was commissioned by the City of Sherbrooke to carry out all aspects of the scenography, including the design of a telescopic seating solution, stage masking and motorized rigging grids to accommodate all configurations, seating layout to provide good sightlines for a younger audience, and all sound, video and stage lighting equipment, while ensuring the coherence, functionality and suitability of the venue for its cultural mission.
