Restoration of the Ludger-Duvernay Theatre and integration of a new studio theatre to the historical building. Feasibility study, study updates, preparation of preliminary plans, execution of master plans with our partners, production of lists and specifications for specialized equipment, site and specialized equipment installation monitoring, theatre commissioning.

The Ludger-Duvernay Theatre ingeniously integrates the latest technology into a 19th-century architectural gem, while the Studio Hydro-Québec, with its clean lines and Meccano-like permutations, offers exciting flexibility. On the third floor, there is the Balustrade, a 55-seat cabaret-style theatre.
