Renovation of the existing building to extend the stage area, heighten the stage house, add a loading dock, design and layout of support areas including dressing rooms, wings, equipment storage and technical areas as well as a new slope profile, levels and seating layout.

Complete revision of specialized stage equipment systems: 54 counterweight 8 motorized batten systems, stage lighting system including dimmers, control booth and projectors, sound systems.
