Inauguration of a new youth performance venue in Sherbrooke
Trizart Alliance is proud to have contributed to the creation of Grand-Espace, the brand new performance venue specializing in young people’s theatre and dance, inaugurated on May 23 in Sherbrooke.
Attached to the Jean-Besré Performing Arts Centre, this flexible-space venue stands out as a major hub for youth performances thanks to its state-of-the-art technical design. Created specifically to host shows for children and young audiences, it offers a unique connection between artists and is ideal for intimate performances, experimental stage work, and early childhood productions. With its multiple configurations, the Grand-Espace adapts to the needs of creators and paves the way for a rich, innovative, and inclusive program for all audiences.
Commissioned by the City of Sherbrooke, Trizart Alliance was responsible for all the scenographic aspects of the project, ensuring that the layout was coherent, functional and true to the vision of the venue.
