Design of a new multifunctional theatre, including specialized equipment. Entirely convertible space of  variable geometry. Mobile fly system and rigging system over entire surface of room; allows rigging anywhere over the room.

New lighting and sound systems. Manual or automated control for chain hoist. Rolling bridge and rigging grid with chain devices: the rolling bridge provides access under the grid. Telescopic and removable riser operated manually or by automated control. Design and integration of a rehearsal room, which can also be used as a small performance venue.
