The Wesley Temple, also known as the Institut Canadien Building, got a new lease on life in the fall of 2015. This concept, unique in Canada, transformed the historic Old Québec building, built in 1848, into La Maison de la littérature, a convivial meeting place for writers and the public offering a range of cultural services which became an integral part of the Bibliothèque de Québec (Québec City Library).

Trizart Alliance was commissioned as theatre consultant for the design and integration of all specialized theatrical and audiovisual multimedia equipment and infrastructure of the different spaces (permanent exhibition, bistro, studio, etc.).
